Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) is a fantastic FREE once a week, 13-week group program for parents/caregivers and their children through Orange County Family Counseling where children ages 6 through 11 learn coping skills to help with their emotions/behavior at-home and at-school and social skills for how to get along with others and parents/caregivers learn how to use those skills with their children and connect with other parents/caregivers that are going through similar things. Families that participate in SNAP group lessons will receive FREE snacks/food AND FREE childcare at every group meeting. Transportation might also be available for those in need. Spanish-speaking groups are available as well. Boy groups and girl groups run throughout the year.
