You're Invited – ESE Transition Fair on April 18!

Families are invited to attend the ESE Transition Fair on Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Glenridge Middle School.

This event will help families learn about the transition process, available supports, and community resources as students move from middle school to high school and plan for their future. Whether your child is preparing for college, career training, employment, or independent living, this fair will provide helpful tools and connections.

Although designed for ESE families, all families are welcome.
