Individual Student Picture Day is on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Please read the following information to answer any questions you might have for this event, thank you for your support:

● Picture Day Order Forms were sent home yesterday. There is a limited supply of extra order forms in the front office.

● If you choose to order your child(ren)'s picture, then these are the directions just like in previous years:
*Picture Day Order Forms MUST be fully completed by the parent/guardian before they are turned in. This includes your photography package information, your child’s information, your child’s correct teachers’ name and grade level, etc.

*If parents/guardians are paying with cash, then the EXACT amount of money needed to cover the ENTIRE order (including add-ons) must be included inside your order form. The school and photography company do NOT provide change. Please SEAL CLOSED your order envelope form.

*If parents/guardians are paying with check, then please follow the order form instructions for how to fill out that check and that completed check must be included inside your order form. Please SEAL CLOSED your order envelope form. 

*If parents/guardians are paying online, then the Online Order Code is in the order form for you to enter at https://inter-state.com/order OR you could go to this direct online order link: https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/0646YNF 

*Please note that the Add-Ons section in the order form means that those items are ADDITIONAL cost items that you included the exact cost for in order to add-on to your chosen photography package(s) purchase. Per the photography company, that means if you want an add-on item, then you must purchase a photography package because that add-on item is ADDED ON to your photography package. 

*Per the photography company, "Online ordering is available before and after Picture Day."

*Completed Paper Picture Day Order Forms are due by 8:45am on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. This is a highly time sensitive event and the photography company needs everything turned in ON-TIME in order to ensure that your order gets processed. Parents/guardians can turn in their completed Paper Picture Day Order Forms before Wednesday, September 9, 2026 to the front office during school hours.

*It takes AT LEAST ONE MONTH for paid pictures to be delivered to our school then sent home. 

*If parents/guardians have any concerns about their child’s picture order then please contact the photography company at https://interstatesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us to chat with a customer service representative. The photography company is responsible for addressing order concerns.
