FREE Grief Support for Children Who Lost a Loved One

Camp Healing Hearts is a FREE, one-day bereavement camp for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th who have experienced the loss of a loved one. 

Students come together to talk about the loss of their loved one(s), tell stories and share memories. They meet others their same age who are dealing with the same issues while participating in arts and crafts, playing games, petting therapy animals and other activities. Previous campers are welcome to attend. 

Facilitated by licensed mental health counselors and social workers, students are able to focus on processing their personal loss in a creative manner which culminates with a service to celebrate the memories of their loved one(s). Lunch and snacks are provided. There is an afternoon session for parents/guardians to attend.
